The Carlsbad Softball Association takes your privacy seriously. We are
committed to protecting your privacy of personally identifiable information on the internet.
It remains our policy and our commitment not to publish, promote, show
or in any way make available anything that can totally identify anyone,
other than board member contacts involved and representatives of the league.
Email addresses or other personal information is guarded with the up most care as to not divulge facts to any third party
or anyone that could identify you without your prior written consent.

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted in the league or on the carlsbadsoftball website.
Any league forms submitted and any images or pictures presented are also guarded and kept secure as much as possible.
We use email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses
are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside
parties.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to
better design the website and to entertain everyone. We do not share
this information with outside parties except that which is viewed to the
public.
